Dining

As the name suggests, The Bridge owes its existence to the bridge crossing the nearby River Nidd, which dates back to the 12th century. Records show Drovers stayed at the Inn as far back as the 17th century. By the 1800's The Bridge was a renowned coaching house for stagecoaches.

Steeped in history, The Bridge offers a "Truly Unique Experience". Light snacks can be enjoyed in the Byron Bar, with its 250 year old bar oak panelling and historic inglenook fireplace. It is the perfect place to relax!

The Courtyard Restaurant is a delight not to be missed; with its Oak beams, high ceilings and a relaxing atmosphere. Offering a choice of mouth watering freshly prepared dishes, choose from our well known carving table or our individually prepared evening dinner menu.
