The health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and guests has and will always be of paramount importance to us. The impact of Covid-19 has been far reaching across The Bridge Hotel & Spa as it has throughout the hospitality industry. Working as a team to manage this, we are continuously developing our hospitality offering and welcoming back guests to the hotel.
We are implementing measures throughout our hotel to ensure staff and guests remain safe when using our facilities whilst still having a great experience. We are adhering to government guidance to ensure The Bridge is operating in a Covid Secure manner across all departments from food & beverage to leisure and events.
The Bridge Hotel & Spa is a unique property with an incredible history. We have undertaken department specific risk assessments that are currently operating to not only meet our legal obligations but to ensure each area has a host of specific control measures in place. This includes hand sanitisers at all entrance points, increased cleaning of all touch points, socially distanced table layouts, limited number of people in our spa, non-essential items available on request only, non-contact room service options and health & safety conscious staff onsite continually.
From 24th August 2020 face coverings must be worn in all public areas of our hotel, unless eating and drinking.
As and when any further measures are announced by UK Government, we will respond accordingly.
